This policy covers this website and the pre-launch email list. The Moreish app has its own privacy policy, which you can also read in the app (Profile › Settings).

What we collect, and why

When you sign up on this page, we collect your email address, your city, whether you'd like to join or host tables, your language, and where you came from (for example an Instagram link). We also record the date of your consent.

We use this to email you about the launch of Moreish and, if you said you'd like to host, about the founding hosts programme. The city and source tell us where to open tables first and which channels work.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.

Who processes it

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the list and sends the emails, on servers in the European Union.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from abuse. It may process your IP address for security, and its anti-bot tool Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, using technical information about your browser and no advertising cookies; transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd), only if you accept it in the banner: audience measurement (pages viewed, where visitors come from, device), with no advertising features. Data is kept for 14 months; transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Meta, only if you accept it in the banner: a pixel that measures our Instagram and Facebook ads.

We never sell your data and never share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. If you haven't created a Moreish account within 6 months of the app's launch, we delete your details from the pre-launch list.

Cookies

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies by default. If you accept the banner, Google Analytics sets _ga cookies (13 months at most), and the Meta pixel its own if it is turned on. Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months; you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to [email protected]. If you think we haven't respected your rights, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
